With over 11 years of experience as a board-certified Nurse Practitioner and 5 years of experience as a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist, Natalie Holden brings a heart-centered approach to health and aesthetics. Blending advanced medical expertise with a deep passion for holistic wellness, Natalie created Soul Wellness & Aesthetics to help others feel confident, radiant, and truly well from the inside out.

Her philosophy is simple: true beauty and wellness begin at the cellular level. Natalie combines evidence-based medicine with toxin-free, restorative treatments that honor the body’s natural ability to heal and thrive. Whether guiding patients toward balanced hormones, vibrant skin, or a more mindful lifestyle, she leads with compassion, integrity, and a genuine desire to make wellness approachable for everyone.

Outside of the treatment room, Natalie is a wife to her high-school sweetheart, Steve, and a proud mom of three. Her family inspires her every day to live intentionally, nurture well-being, and create a legacy of health for the next generation.

Sara Pease is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and co-owner of Soul Wellness & Aesthetics in East Liverpool, Ohio. With years of clinical and executive leadership as Chief Nursing Officer and Chief APP for New Day Recovery and On Demand Counseling, Sara brings a wealth of expertise in healthcare, wellness, and patient-centered care.

At Soul, she blends advanced aesthetics, self-pay labs, and holistic therapies to provide affordable, high-quality options that empower clients to look and feel their best. Sara’s vision is rooted in integrating wellness into everyday life with a focus on accessibility, trust, and compassionate care.

Outside of her professional life, Sara treasures time with her husband, Brian, their two children, and their three beloved dogs.

Carsyn Hoppel is a proud native of the East Liverpool area and a 2023 graduate of Kent State University, where she earned her nursing degree. She began her career working on a cardiac step-down unit and in surgical care, developing a passion for patient-centered care.

Carsyn finds joy in traveling—her favorite destination being Siesta Key, Florida—and cherishes time spent with her incredibly supportive family. Growing up with two sisters who share her love for beauty and wellness helped shape her passion for this field.

With a long-standing interest in aesthetic nursing, she is especially excited to offer microneedling and looks forward to expanding into additional aesthetic services as she grows with the practice. Being able to serve her hometown community through a career she loves is truly a dream come true. Carsyn is dedicated to helping clients look and feel their best, and she can’t wait to bring high-quality, personalized aesthetic care to the area.

We are so excited to officially welcome Jess Matuska, our newest Licensed Massage Therapist, to Soul Wellness & Aesthetics.

Jess brings 20+ years of massage experience, with a background in everything from chiropractic and therapeutic settings to spa environments—which means you’re in incredibly skilled, intuitive hands.

When she’s not helping our clients relax, reset, and heal, Jess is:

• A huge animal lover (especially cats & dogs!)
• Proud mom to three indoor cats who live like royalty
• And two very spoiled stray kitties who’ve claimed her heart

Jess also loves staying active and outdoors, and enjoys music, writing, reading… and collecting the best unusual facts and totally useless knowledge (our kind of human!)

Sydney is an esthetician with a passion for helping people feel confident, comfortable, and beautiful in their own skin. This fall, She be attending nursing school to continue her education and work toward her dream of becoming a medical esthetician.

When shes not in the treatment room, you'll usually find her traveling, trying new makeup and beauty products, taking care an loving her animals , spending quality time with her amazing family or enjoying all things girly. She truly believes that skincare is more than just treatments, it's about building confidence and helping people feel like the best version of themselves.

Sydney is incredibly grateful for the opportunity to be part of the amazing community at Soul and is excited to continue expanding her knowledge to provide even more advanced treatments while helping clients feel confident in their own skin. She will be offering services including luxury facials, brow laminations, lash extensions, and so much more.
